Do you accept medical aid?
Yes, we work with all major South African medical aid schemes including Discovery, Bonitas, Bestmed, GEMS, Medshield, Polmed and Profmed. We submit your claim directly so you typically only pay the co-payment, if any. Bring your card to your visit.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. Booking online is the quickest way; we usually have appointments within the same week.
What if I have a dental emergency after hours?
Call our main number 066 079 6472. Outside office hours, the line forwards to the on-call dentist for genuine emergencies (severe pain, swelling, knocked-out teeth, dental trauma). For non-urgent issues, please book online or call during business hours.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Anxious patients are something we genuinely specialise in. Tell us when you book, and we'll plan a longer first visit, walk you through everything before we start, and never rush you. Many patients who haven't seen a dentist in years are now regulars.
How much does a check-up cost?
A standard consultation is R500 and a hygienist clean is R650; most medical aids cover both. We always quote any additional treatment before we start, so there are no surprise bills.
